ORDER

Perry Draper appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction DNA testing and release under section 547.035. He claims in one point on appeal that the DNA evidence demonstrated a probability of his innocence beyond a preponderance of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
