ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Christopher Michael King was convicted of first-degree attempted assault under § 565.050, RSMo, and of second-degree trespassing under § 569.150, RSMo. King appeals, challenging only his assault conviction. He argues that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction, and that the circuit court erred in entering a conviction for first-degree attempted assault as a class B felony, because the charging document alleged that the assault offense was a class C felony. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
