ORDER

Ludwig Renner appeals his convictions, following jury trial, for resisting a lawful stop, felony DWI, and improper operation of a utility vehicle. He asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for acquittal and motion for new trial because opinion testimony that relied on retrograde extrapolation to estimate his blood alcohol content while operating a motor vehicle lacked proper foundation and was inadmissible. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
