STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Donald Dean CARPENTER, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial, Donald Dean Carpenter, Jr. appeals the judgment of the circuit court convicting him of one count of burglary in the second degree, one count of stealing property having a value of at least $750, and one count of trespass in the second degree. Carpenter argues that the circuit court plainly erred in failing to declare a mistrial or issue a curative instruction when the State elicited testimony from a police sergeant purportedly tying Carpenter to uncharged criminal conduct. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
