ORDER

B.L. appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County which terminated his parental rights to his infant son L.B. B.L. argues that the circuit court erred in finding that a statutory ground existed for termination of his parental rights, and that termination was in L.B.’s best interests. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
