STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Rodney Maurice PARHAM, Appellant.
ORDER
Rodney Parham appeals his conviction following a bench trial in the Cole County Circuit Court for the class D felony of possession of a controlled substance. He complains on appeal that the State of Missouri failed to present sufficient evidence that he was aware of the presence of the controlled substance and that he constructively possessed the controlled substance. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment of conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
