STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Travis A. RAMIREZ, Appellant.
ORDER
Travis Ramirez appeals the judgment convicting him of one count of the class E felony of resisting arrest by fleeing, following a jury trial in the Pettis County Circuit Court. Ramirez complains on appeal that the State of Missouri failed to present sufficient evidence that his actions created a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to any person. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment of conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
