ORDER

Darrel Blair appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County finding him to be a sexually violent predator and committing him to the care, custody, and control of the Missouri Department of Mental Health. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
