STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Brandon L. SANDERS, Appellant.
ORDER
Brandon Sanders appeals his convictions of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, and domestic assault in the fourth degree, following a jury trial in Jackson County. In his sole point on appeal, Sanders contends that the trial court erred in permitting the State to place into evidence audio recordings of phone calls he made from the Jackson County Detention Center while he was awaiting trial, claiming that the State failed to lay an adequate foundation for their admission and that their admission prejudiced him by affecting the outcome of his trial. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
