Derrell D. SPELLMEYER, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Derrell Spellmeyer appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief, and argues that the motion court clearly erred when it denied Spellmeyer's claim that trial counsel was ineffective for unreasonably failing to present mitigation evidence at Spellmeyer's sentencing proceeding. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
