Kenneth SMITH, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Kenneth Smith appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after he pled guilty to sixteen offenses charged in five cases. He contends the motion court clearly erred in denying his claim that his plea counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate and call mitigation witnesses at sentencing. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
