Russell BOWMAN, Appellant, v. MISSOURI STATE BOARD OF NURSING, Respondent.
ORDER
Russell Bowman appeals from the Disciplinary Order of the Missouri State Board of Nursing, which revoked his license to practice as a registered nurse. The Board had placed Bowman’s nursing license on probation after he reported for work impaired due to alcohol consumption in December 2014. Bowman violated the conditions of his initial probation and was placed on a new probationary term in 2016. Bowman committed several more violations of that probation and his license was revoked in 2018. Bowman argues that revocation of his license was an unduly harsh punishment. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 84.16(b).
