Mr. Otto B. Marx appeals from the Judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri, asserting that the trial court erred in sustaining the administrative suspension of his driver's license for accumulation of points. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, an unpublished memorandum of law has instead been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
