Joshua C. CHRISTOPHER, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Cass County, Joshua Christopher was convicted of one count of the class A felony of financial exploitation of the elderly, in violation of § 570.145, RSMo Cum. Supp. 2012. After we affirmed his conviction on direct appeal, Christopher filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied Christopher’s motion following an evidentiary hearing. Christopher appeals. He raises four Points on appeal, arguing that both his trial and appellate counsel provided him with ineffective assistance. Christopher argues that counsel were ineffective because they did not challenge the verdict directing instruction, at trial and on appeal, on the basis that it failed to assure a unanimous jury. He also argues that counsel were ineffective for failing to argue that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction of a class A felony, because there was no evidence of a single transaction involving $50,000 or more. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b)
