Jerol LEE, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Jerol Lee (“Lee”) appeals the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Lee argues that he was denied effective assistance of counsel in that his trial counsel failed to conduct an adequate investigation, and failed to procure answers for Lee's questions regarding plea offers from the State and failed to advise Lee that the plea offers would expire. Because the motion court's denial of Lee's Rule 29.15 motion was not clearly erroneous, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
