Frank DEMARS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Frank DeMars was convicted following a jury trial of six counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, one count of first-degree child molestation, and one count of sexual misconduct, and sentenced to a total of 49 years' imprisonment. After we affirmed his convictions on direct appeal, DeMars sought post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing. DeMars appeals. He claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel when his trial attorney failed to object to expert testimony which improperly vouched for the credibility of his victim. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
