STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Jason LAGE, Appellant.
Order
Jason Lage appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions of second-degree murder, § 565.021, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, for which he was sentenced, as a persistent offender, to consecutive terms of life and fifty years' imprisonment, respectively. Lage raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that the trial court erred in excluding evidence of Victim’s prior arrest and conviction for unlawful use of a weapon. Lage argues that this evidence was relevant to support his defense that Victim shot himself. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
