ORDER

Ms. Linda Henshaw, Appellant, is the dependent spouse of decedent, Mr. Eugene Henshaw, and seeks dependent workers' compensation benefits under section 287.240. The benefits claim was granted by an administrative law judge. The Respondents, Vansant Mills Funeral Services, LLC and Insurer, United Fire & Casualty Co. appealed the award to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission which reversed the awarded benefits. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
