WOOFIE'S RESTAURANT, LLC, Appellant, v. Helen MERSON and Division of Employment Security, Respondents.
ORDER
Woofies Restaurant, LLC appeals the judgment of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission finding a former employee was not disqualified from benefits. It claims in three points on appeal that the employee was not fired and that the employee’s pending retirement was relevant and should have limited her benefits. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
