ORDER

Appellant Driss Zarhouni appeals his conviction of first-degree elder abuse, first-degree robbery, and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, raising one point on appeal arguing that the circuit court erred in not suppressing evidence of his confession because the police violated his right to remain silent under Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966). We affirm in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
