IN RE: Michael F. MCNAMARA, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Michael McNamara appeals from the probate court’s judgment committing him to the custody of the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator (“SVP”) following a jury trial. In his sole point on appeal, McNamara argues that the probate court erred because the State failed to clearly and convincingly establish that he was more likely than not to engage in further predatory acts of sexual violence. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
