STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Kerry Lane MCBROOM, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Livingston County, Kerry McBroom was convicted of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, and possession of marijuana. McBroom appeals. He argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he was under the influence of marijuana while driving, or that he knowingly possessed marijuana. McBroom also argues that the circuit court should have suppressed inculpatory evidence because he was the subject of an unlawful detention and arrest, and that the verdict directing instruction for driving while intoxicated was erroneous because it failed to define “intoxicated condition.” We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
