ORDER

Robert Jones (“Jones”) appeals his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance in the Circuit Court of Cole County. Jones asserts the trial court erred in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal arguing the State presented insufficient evidence that he knowingly possessed 17.58 grams of heroin seized during the execution of a search warrant at an apartment he was visiting. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 30.25(b).
