Jack DONAHOE, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Appellant Jack Donahoe (“Donahoe”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. Donahoe pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree statutory sodomy, section 566.062. Donahoe contends that the motion court erred in denying his motion without holding an evidentiary hearing because his motion alleged facts which, if true, showed that his guilty plea was involuntary. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
