STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Jeffrey D. GRIFFITTS, Appellant.
ORDER
Jeffrey D. Griffitts appeals his conviction, following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Howard County, of one count of child molestation in the first degree and five counts of statutory sodomy in the second degree. Mr. Griffitts was sentenced to a total of 43 years' imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided by the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
