Rebekah SUMINSKI Respondent, v. Travis WILLIAMS, Appellant.
ORDER
Rebekah Suminski (“Suminski”) brought this action in the Circuit Court of Jackson County against Travis Williams (“Williams”) seeking partition of real property purchased while the two were in a relationship or, in the alternative, damages under theories of restitution, unjust enrichment and quantum meruit relating to funds paid by Suminski toward the property’s mortgage and home improvements that benefitted Williams. Williams counterclaimed asserting claims for rent and possession and compensation for damage allegedly caused by Suminski to the property. The trial court found in favor of Suminski on her unjust enrichment claim and dismissed Williams’s counterclaims with prejudice. Williams appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
