Monta GLENN, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Mr. Monta Glenn appeals the Jackson County Circuit Court’s judgment denying an amended motion for post-conviction relief after entering guilty pleas for two counts of the sale of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of possession with intent to distribute. The court sentenced Mr. Glenn to four concurrent terms of seven years' imprisonment. He challenges as clear error the motion court’s determination that the guilty pleas were made knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently and not as a result of ineffective counsel. We affirm in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
