STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Antonio Mario MORRISON, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Antonio Morrison was convicted of one count of resisting a lawful stop, a felony, in violation of § 575.150, RSMo. Morrison appeals. He argues that his felony conviction should be reversed, and a conviction for a misdemeanor entered in its place, because there was insufficient evidence that he “fle[d] in such a manner that [he] create[d] a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to any person,” as required to render the offense a felony under § 575.150.5. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
