STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Alonzo B. THORPE, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Chariton County, Alonzo Thorpe was convicted of eight counts of child molestation in the first degree and two counts of enticement of a child. The offenses involved Thorpe’s sexual abuse of two sisters who were less than fourteen years of age at the time. Thorpe appeals. He argues that the circuit court erred in permitting testimony that improperly commented on the credibility of the victims (based on the victims' behavior during their forensic interviews and following their disclosures of abuse). We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
