Eric BODE, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
Order
Eric Bode appeals the circuit court’s denial of his petition alleging that the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole (“the Board”) unlawfully applied the law in determining his presumptive parole date. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment in favor of the Board. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
