STATE of Missouri, EX REL., DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, Respondent, v. Charles L. BURGETT, Appellant, Tasha Thomas, Respondent.
ORDER
Charles Burgett appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court establishing paternity and imposing child support. In three points on appeal, Burgett claims the trial court erred because the court lacked personal jurisdiction, process was insufficient, selected statutory provisions are unconstitutional, and the judgment was the result of judicial bias. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
