Stephen J. LOCKHART, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Stephen Lockhart appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after evidentiary hearing. He complains on appeal that his appellate counsel’s failure to raise a meritorious Batson claim on direct appeal was ineffective assistance of appellate counsel. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
