HUTSON v. STATE (2019)

Order

Calvin Hutson appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after he was convicted of second-degree (felony) murder, attempted first-degree robbery, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He contends the motion court clearly erred in denying him post-conviction relief based on the ineffectiveness of his defense counsel. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
