ORDER

Mr. John Adam Krugh, IV appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court judgment confirming a partition sale of the property at 5029 Sunset Drive Kansas City, Missouri 64112, allowing reimbursement of attorney fees and costs, and ordering disbursement of the partition sale proceeds. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
