William Lee PEARSON, Respondent, v. Tom KEGGEREIS, Appellant.
ORDER
Tom Keggereis (Keggereis) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Vernon County, awarding William Lee Pearson (Pearson) damages in the sum of $ 16,000 on his claim for replevin and denying all other claims and counterclaims. Keggereis argues that Pearson abandoned the property, and that he was therefore not entitled to damages for replevin. He argues further that the circuit court erred in excluding certain evidence; in denying his counterclaims for replevin, breach of contract, and misrepresentation; and in awarding $ 16,000 in damages because the award was not supported by substantial competent evidence. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
