ORDER

Mr. Richard L. Evans appeals the judgment denying a post-conviction Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing in the Jackson County Circuit Court. Mr. Evans was convicted by a jury of one count of first-degree statutory rape and was sentenced as a prior and persistent sexual offender to life in prison without parole. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
