STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Melvin STODDARD, Appellant.
ORDER
Melvin Stoddard appeals the judgment of the Cass County Circuit Court after jury trial finding him guilty of two counts of sexual trafficking of a child pursuant to section 566.212 and one count of invasion of privacy in the first degree pursuant to section 565.252. Stoddard was sentenced to ten years imprisonment for each count of sexual trafficking of a child and four years imprisonment for invasion of privacy, all sentences running concurrently. In his eight points on appeal, Stoddard complains that section 566.212 is unconstitutional, that the first amended information was insufficient, that the jury instructions were improper, and that there was insufficient evidence to support the convictions. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
