STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Chad Leland WALTER, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Appellant Chad Walter was convicted of the class B felony of attempted manufacture of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and the class C felony of maintaining or keeping a public nuisance. Walter was sentenced as a persistent offender to terms of fourteen years and seven years, respectively, with the sentences ordered to run concurrently. Walter appeals. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support each of his convictions. Walter also argues that the circuit court erred by excluding evidence of the exculpatory statements he made when officers executed a search warrant at his home, and by excluding evidence of his alleged accomplice’s guilty plea to related charges. Walters also argues that the circuit court erroneously admitted into evidence records of pseudoephedrine purchases by Walter and his alleged accomplice. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
