ORDER

Ms. Raquel Hopper appeals a Buchanan County Circuit Court judgment sustaining HNB National Bank’s motion for summary judgment and One Home Realty, Inc.’s motion to dismiss in this negligence action arising from a personal injury caused by a dog bite. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
