ORDER
The Missouri State Highway Patrol appeals an Adair County Circuit Court judgment granting Mr. Joseph Huegerich’s petition to remove his name from the sexual offender registry. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
