STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Ronnie W. PLUNKET, Appellant.
Order
Mr. Ronnie Plunket appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Lafayette County, Missouri, following a jury verdict finding Mr. Plunket guilty of one count of driving while intoxicated. On appeal, Mr. Plunket asserts instructional, evidentiary, and sufficiency-of-the-evidence errors that he claims warrant reversal. After a thorough review of the appellate briefing and record on appeal, we conclude that there was no reversible error. We have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling as there is no jurisprudential value in a published opinion on the issues raised by Mr. Plunket. We affirm the judgment. Rule 30.25(b).
