Mark BLACK, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Mr. Mark Black appeals a Jackson County circuit court judgment denying his Rule 29.15 post-conviction motion following an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Black was convicted by a jury on two counts of the class B felony of first-degree assault, and two counts of the unclassified felony of armed criminal action. Mr. Black alleges that counsel was ineffective for failing to object to and moving to suppress the two witness identifications. We affirm in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
