STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Daniel Wayne TEARE, Appellant.
Order
Mr. Daniel Teare appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of two counts of promoting child pornography and ten counts of possessing child pornography and sentenced to ten years imprisonment on each count, to be served concurrently. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
