STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Tracy James BLACK, Appellant.
ORDER
Mr. Tracy J. Black appeals his convictions by a Lafayette County jury for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, stemming from a liquor-store robbery in September 2014 in Lexington, Missouri. The trial court sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to two consecutive terms of twenty-five years' imprisonment. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
