William R. JOHNSON, Respondent, v. TREASURER OF the STATE of Missouri—CUSTODIAN OF the SECOND INJURY FUND, Appellant.
Order
The Missouri Second Injury Fund (Fund) appeals from a Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) Final Award Allowing Compensation to William Johnson. Because there was sufficient competent evidence in the record as a whole to support the Commission’s finding that Johnson reached maximum medical improvement on April 4, 2014, we affirm the Commission’s award.
