ORDER

CrossFit, Inc. appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding damages to Mr. Jonas Barrish for a back injury he sustained while deadlifting 350 pounds at the gym owned by Sky’s Limit Fitness LLC, a CrossFit affiliate. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
