ORDER

National General Insurance Online, Inc. appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court judgment awarding $1.2 million in a personal-injury action in which it had unsuccessfully and repeatedly tried to intervene. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
