Ms. Shey M. Stoner and Mr. Chance E. Shoemaker appeal a Boone County Circuit Court judgment awarding more than $14,000 to the owner of an apartment they leased but never occupied. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
