Irvin G. RILEY, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Irvin Gene Riley appeals, following an evidentiary hearing, the denial of his amended Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief, in which he argued that his trial counsel (Counsel) was ineffective for (1) presenting an alibi defense; (2) describing exculpatory evidence during his opening statement that he later failed to present; and (3) failing to inform Riley of an amended, more favorable, written plea offer. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
