ORDER

Wasu Madhavaram appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri (“trial court”) finding him guilty, following a jury trial, of patronizing prostitution of a person under the age of eighteen years in violation of section 567.030. On Appeal, Madhavaram Claims that: (1) there was insufficient evidence that Madhavaram committed the offense in that the State failed to prove “money” or “sex”; (2) the trial court plainly erred in submitting jury instructions 9 and 11 because there was a fatal variance between the allegations in the information and the instructions; and (3) the trial court erred in overruling Madhavaram's motion to exclude his confession because his waiver of his Fifth Amendment rights was not knowing and intelligent. Affirmed, pursuant to Rule 30.25(b).
